Custom Cardboard Dress Form

A laser-cut cardboard dress form built the way your shop form is built, to the measurements on its note. From $150 for the cut file to $650 built and shipped, with a discount on every extra form.
What it is
The form is 44 solid horizontal slices at 1 in spacing threaded on your stand pole and keyed to 4 vertical ribs, with short side ribs at the hips, shoulders made of tall fins, and a neck column on top. Every piece is two layers of double-wall cardboard glued with the flutes crossed, half an inch thick, so nothing in it bends or sags. The shape comes from a 3D body model scaled to your form's measurements, not a generic size, and it is 45.5 in from neck to hem like the one in the shop.

More than one form
Ordering more than one assembled form: $100 off the second and $200 off the third, same size or a different one. Kits and digital files stay the same price each; two kits still share one box, so shipping drops.

Two kits: $700 plus about $110 shipping in one box. Two assembled forms: $1,200 plus about $360 shipping.
Timeline and terms
Digital file: paid when the file is sent. Kit and assembled form: half on order, half plus shipping before it ships. Kits ship 2 weeks from order, assembled forms 3 weeks, by UPS or USPS to San Diego with tracking. The form comes in plain kraft with the corrugation showing on every edge, like your shop form; paint or cover it if you like. Prices are good for 30 days.
